CELBLEN EC

What is CELBLEN EC?

A biomass plastic derived from cellulose, a woody resource.

Environmentally friendly plastic made from cellulose

  • We use cellulose, which is a renewable and widely distributed material, as a raw material and contribute to global environmental conservation, which cannot be achieved with non-biomass plastics
  • Because it is made from inedible biomass, it has no impact on food resources, unlike polylactic acid, which is made from edible biomass

CELPURGE

Feature

  • Pellet form purging agent which can operate as same as normal plastic resin.
  • Reduce the production downtime for cost saving.
  • Reduce the consumption of material during cleaning process.
  • Applicable for material & color changeover to eliminate the contaminations.
  • Excellent in self-discharge with no residue remaining during cleaning.
  • Applicable for hot runner cleaning.

How to Use

  • Clean the hopper before charging Celpurge
  • Empty the barrel without preceding material remaining.
  • Ensure temperature is within the range of service temperature of Celpurge
  • Set high injection speed and pressure, low back pressure during cleaning.
  • Start purging until machine is cleaned.
